We seek to partner with high calibre senior executives and build businesses
into “strategic assets” that are attractive candidates for IPOs, trade sales or
secondary buyouts.

We bring more than just capital to the table. We work closely with the management 
team to agree a strategy for the business and adapt the strategy of the business
as it grows. We also help to: create the appropriate capital structure for the business
and utilise our relationships to obtain debt financing on competitive terms; “corporatise”
the business; recruit key executives; identify, negotiate, structure and close acquisitions;
and help the business navigate its way through the myriad of challenges it will inevitably
face as it grows.

We put in place ownership structures that give our management teams a significant
equity stake in the business. We expect the management teams we back to win at
least as well as our funds – as the business meets our agreed goals, management
teams often experience life-changing wealth creation.
