Roland Stadly

Chief Financial Officer

Roland joined Advent in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and Company
Secretary. He is responsible for all Group and Fund company secretarial
matters, financial statements and annual reports. He is also responsible
for co-ordination of the Group’s and Funds’ compliance, tax and other
regulatory requirements in conjunction with our various advisors. He is
also a director of several Advent Group companies.

Roland has had an extensive career in financial, operational and client
management roles. He was previously finance director and company
secretary for Bunge Industrial Pty Ltd and its group of companies.
Prior to this he was a director and company secretary of the Locker
Group Pty Ltd in Australia, was chief financial officer and company
secretary for Super Alloy Technologies Pty Ltd and was a senior
operations manager and client manager for Computershare Investor
Services Pty Ltd and BT Registries Pty Ltd. Roland holds a Dip BS
(accounting) from Victoria College and is an associate of the Australian
Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
