	Our objective is to invest in well managed Australian companies offering the potential for medium term gain. The characteristics we look for in a business include: Privately owned companies (or listed businesses going private); A sustainable competitive advantage; A high quality management team; Growing revenues and profitability; A clear and viable strategy for the business to develop over the period of the investment; An enterprise value of between $20 million and $150 million and existing annual operating profit in excess of $5 million; and A clear strategy to exit within 3 to 5 years.
